New online bidding site for discounted properties

A new online auction website is about to launch covering properties in the Greater London area.

BidProp.co.uk describes itself as an online bidding website that works with estate agents, builders and administrators to accelerate the sale of residential properties in the Greater London area.

Currently still in beta mode, it says its objective is to provide a good selection of investment opportunities and homes at discounted prices to property buyers in London and become an integral sales tool for property professionals looking to sell properties in an accelerated timeframe.

The site does not allow For Sale by Owner and says it is for motivated sellers, but not necessarily desperate sellers who are prepared accept a reserve price of 10 per cent under current listed price or more.
