PropertyIndex, the pay-per-lead property portal, has linked with Email4Property.

It means that Email4Property users who could previously only use the service to look for local agents will now also be able to search for properties. The listing is powered by PropertyIndex.

It is the latest partnership to be announced by PropertyIndex, which launched in the UK last autumn. It is currently working with more than100 marketing partners, including Nestoria, Upmystreet and Google.

Chief executive Lee Bramzell said the idea is to expand the online visibility of all 250,000 properties currently listed on PropertyIndex.

He went on: “Our strategy to implement a vast network of marketing partnerships with links to PropertyIndex has been the driving force behind our rapid growth as a portal to be reckoned with.

“We aren’t afraid of inviting our competitors or clients to share revenue by hosting links, white labeled sites and other means, enabling them to benefit from the income generated from these leads.

“This is great news for agents, who simply want their properties to be seen by the greatest number of consumers possible. Our system means agents do not pay for exposure – only results. They have nothing to lose by signing up to PropertyIndex and taking advantage of this vast online network.”
