Software supplier VTUK has announced a new service in partnership with Taxdoctor.
Taxdoctor provides self-assessment tax return services to landlords, charged at £99 for an individual with one rental property. The company is offering any VTUK agents referral fees.
These work out to £20 per tax year, per successful referral, meaning that agents can now offer useful assistance to their landlords, whilst also making a commission.
Coupled with this, Taxdoctor will also provide agents with all the tools and information to facilitate simple referrals. Taxdoctor will set up and host a co-branded tax web-page which agents can either use to refer or send to landlords for them to get in touch with the company directly; all leads will be fully tracked. Leaflets will also be provided to be handed out in branch.
Adam Rackham of VTUK said: “We have set up this deal with Taxdoctor to offer our clients another revenue stream to explore, whilst also giving them the opportunity to increase their value to their landlords. There are also plans to integrate this into our software later in the year.”
