Eurolink, the Property software provider, has announced that it has fully integrated online tenant repair service Fixflo into its Veco system.

The firm said that the move further strengthened its property management solution and offered property managers and tenants additional benefits when reporting repairs.

Ariana Louis Client Director at Eurolink said: “Repairs and maintenance can be a time-consuming and difficult task for property managers. Having spoken with a number of clients who were using the Fixflo system we saw the opportunity to offer them and their tenants an even better experience.”

Rajeev Nayyar Fixflo’s Managing Director said: “We look forward to working with Eurolink and view this as the start of a long-term relationship. The use of appropriate technologies can produce both efficiency gains and service level improvements in an increasingly competitive environment.”

Meanwhile Louis also revealed that Eurolink had appointed Carl Nelson, formerly of Reapit, as CRM Manager within its Client Services team.

Louis said: “Carl has a huge amount of experience within the property software sector, both technically and from a client perspective, and he will be integral to enhancing the client experience at Eurolink.

"We are delighted to have secured the services of an industry professional with extensive knowledge of the issues faced by the modern estate agent."
