Yorkshire letting agent Linley & Simpson has marked the end of 2013 by completing its fourth acquisition of the year.
It has taken over the rental portfolio of two of the three branches run by another independent letting agent, Walter Ingham, in Ilkley and Skipton.
Inghams will continue to operate as a residential letting agent from the headquarters it will retain in nearby Bingley.
The deal has been completed for an undisclosed sum.
Founding director Will Linley said: “This year, our 16th, has been characterised by a planned programme of growth to strengthen our position as Yorkshire’s leading letting specialist.
“We remain on the lookout for more acquisitions in 2014.”
The firm now has ten offices and has announced that it is to expand into residential sales.
