It’s never been more important to air your views on lettings

Does the lettings industry cater properly for agents’ needs? There’s only one way of knowing – asking you directly.

To find out what agents think, PayProp is collecting the views of property professionals from across the country for our third annual Rental Confidence Index, to understand how the industry is dealing with the challenges and opportunities of 2022 and beyond.

With your help, PayProp wants to:

  • Gauge perceptions of the UK rental market,

  • See how businesses are adapting to new regulations and high inflation, and

  • Find out how landlords and tenants have been affected.

The survey is quick and easy – it shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes to complete, and in return, participants will be the first to get the report containing the results and insights from PayProp’s team.

In addition, three lucky participants will each win a £75 Amazon voucher for completing the survey (see survey for terms and conditions).

Commenting on the survey, Neil Cobbold, Managing Director of PayProp UK, says “The industry is in a strange place at the moment. It’s caught between stalled rental reform, a cost-of-living crisis and an acute shortage of rental properties that has come about through years of high house prices and reduced tax breaks.”

“This survey will tell us how well the industry is coping, which will inform the conversations we’re having with government and the wider industry to help ensure the private rented sector is transparent, sustainable and works for all.”

So have your say! Take the survey now.
