The owners of the Rentman software application (for property lettings and sales) are pleased to announce that they will be taking over distribution of the software for the UK and Ireland, effective 16 May 2025.
The service provided by the previous distributor, Rentman Software Ltd, will end on 15 May 2025.

Distribution will now be managed by dotGomm, a company owned by Rentman’s creator, Nigel Gomm. Gomm states, “Our intent is to enhance customer care and strengthen our engagement with the industry at large.”
Rentman, a trusted software application for 30 years, has evolved into a cloud-hosted service with a familiar Office 365-style user interface and browser-based web access.
The web portal, www.rentman.online, offers dedicated versions for tenants, landlords, contractors, and negotiators, allowing them to access tasks, appointments, safety certificates, and more.
Unlike a simple CRM, Rentman is considered a “Line of Business” application, designed to cover all aspects of a letting or estate agency’s operations—from canvassing landlords to trial balance. Users can look forward to online training videos on using Rentman, along with 30-minute tailored sessions to support their unique workflows.
