Rentshield Direct

Rentshield Direct

Rentshield Direct offer so much more than just tenant referencing – we work with letting agents to provide a service level tailored your needs, help grow your business financially and guide you around the ever-changing climate of the lettings industry and the legislation that enables us to provide exceptional service in a compliant manner.

How can we help you?

Tenant referencing

As part of the UK’s largest tenant referencing company, we provide three levels of referencing to suit your budgets, timescales and level of security required. We offer agents and landlords a heightened level of security including a check of our Default Database, which indicates if we’re pursuing the applicant for historic unpaid rent as well as being a member of CIFAS, the UK’s largest fraud database.

Rent protection insurance

Rent guarantee with Rentshield Direct is simple, effective and affordable. With nil excess options, six or twelve-month policies and monthly rents of up to £4,000 covered, our cover is flexible to suit your portfolio.

Specialist insurance for the lettings sector

We provide specialist insurance products to tenants and landlords, with a variety of options for cover available. Our expert insurance consultants are always happy to help, and you can even boost your income by introducing our products to your customers.

Right to rent

Our online tool, Verify, takes the stress out of right to rent checks. We help you to ensure you’re looking at the right documents, storing them in a GDPR compliant manner and carrying out any follow up checks or renewals on time.
