Choices has bought Urban Share, a boutique central London lettings business specialising in the management of residential property held by investment funds.
The new business will continue to operate from its City offices in Devonshire Place but will move over to the Choices brand name and work with the group's specialist investment division Choices Acquisitions.
Urban Share's previous owner, Richard Klin, will maintain his link with the business while continuing to emphasise the benefits of prime residential property to a wider audience.
Choices, the AllAgents estate agent of the year 2013, will use the new acquisition to promote its Primary Tenancy model. This allows the use of a direct rent guarantee without the need for insurance and operates by the agent leasing the property from the landlord and then directly re-rents it at a profit to the tenant.
