Lettings, sales, buy-to-let and investment finance specialist Leaders has added five new branches to its network - taking the total to 90.
Its latest acquisitions are Waterside Properties (UK) Limited and Waterside Properties (Poole) Limited.
Waterside Properties specialises in the sale and letting of marina, coastal, riverside and waterfront homes. The deal gives Leaders new branches in Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne, Brighton Marina, Gunwharf Quays and Port Solent in Portsmouth and Ocean Village in Southampton. Also included are Waterside Properties in Hythe and Poole, both of which will be incorporated into existing Leaders branches.
The majority of Waterside Properties' staff have now joined Leaders whilst the vendors will continue to operate their national franchise and boat brokerage businesses.
Leaders has grown every year since establishment in 1983, through what it calls a combination of strong acquisitive and organic growth. In 2014 the firm secured a £30m expansion financing facility to support its continuing buy-and-build strategy.
