Ok.So I can walk into Tesco and walk out without paying. Some landlords work hard to purchase properties. Not necessarily to make bags money but to provide an income in retirement Yes free loaders and commies banging on about rent free. Go and live in a field. You don't want a property..go and get a tent..be free

Maybe the council's stop licencing laws for certain areas to help landlords. Also the government needs to go back to changing tax laws. Possibly reinstating mortgage relief. Help landlords help tenants

They have nothing better to do. Smack the landlord, smack the letting agents. Small businesses the bread and butter and backbone of the country going down the drain. Too many laws and too many taxes. Well done.

There should be a sustainable rule for everyone. Don't hammer the landlords and estate agents with new taxes, laws every week something new. Cap the deposits, cap the fees, at least businesses might survive. Osborne walked away after making these laws. David Cameron walked away after fudging the Brexit. is there a pattern here

WHY, WHY are the landlord and the agents getting hammered by the government? They want to kill of all small/medium businesses. Did they not think about the implications of their new rules. Why is there not a bad tenant list? Why can t we have a similar tenancy as commercial? The tenant should responsible for roofs, leaks, electrics and boiler repairs. We need to fight back quick before we all disappear. Exasperated estate agent.

The government need to be looking at capping fees not getting rid off them. If everyone wants a good service this will cost. I suppose the way the government is beating up landlords and agents from all angles, they don't care. Unfortunately lots of job losses loss of service and some estate agents will go . The tenants are a protected species no matter what . Vote winner.
