Ambitious online letting agent recognised for tech wizardry

Online letting agent Makeurmove has won a business award in recognition of its fast growth.
Makeurmove has developed an IT system which allows the low-cost matching of tenants to rental properties anywhere in the UK.
The company’s achievements have been recognised with the award of Best Consumer Tech business in the Northern Tech Awards.
Makeurmove’s founder Richard Francis said: “We have worked very hard over the last three years to build a nationwide system to both lower the costs and raise the professional standards in the letting industry.”
The company, which has offices in Manchester and Southport, has ambitions to develop into the leading property rental business in the UK and claims that it is already is the leading online letting agent.
The company claims to have grown 300% last year, and to have around 13,000 landlords using its services.
