Southern estate agency chain Andrews & Partners is increasing its activity in lettings, and has opened four new lettings operations in existing sales offices.
Bexhill, Orpington and Sevenoaks, all in Kent, and Mitcham in Surrey, are now among the 30 or so of the 80 Andrew branches which offer lettings.
David Westgate, managing director of Andrews Letting & Management, said: “We are continuing to see strong demand for rental properties, and these latest branches have been opened to address the growing need from tenants in these areas.
“At Andrews, we register almost 40,000 tenants every year.”
