National lettings franchise chain Belvoir is set to expand – and break through the 150-office barrier.

The business has appointed experienced sales and property professional Christopher Watkin to drive the expansion.

Watkin has 17 years’ experience in the property and banking sectors. He worked with Halifax in its estate agency arm back in 1993, rising to become manager. He then changed to become a bank manager in the group.

Following redundancy from Halifax during the LSL takeover, he moved to an independent agency in Leicestershire.

Watkin said: “This is Belvoir’s 15th anniversary year and it is a very exciting time for me to join the company.

“This month I am attending the same three-week induction course that all Belvoir franchise owners go on, so that I become familiar with every step of the procedures that a new franchise owner will face. I am confident that this, combined with my sales, networking and people skills, will enable me to grow the network.”

With the greatest of respect rather than spending time posting congratulatory messages like this may I suggest you revisit the thread on SAFE membership from June 10th and which has kicked off again today and answer the simple points that I make to you?
