Lettings agency Leaders in Lewisham, south-east London, welcomed deputy London mayor Alan Smith to do the honours in its recent ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The new office had a grand opening, following the acquisition by Leaders of Oaklets earlier this year.
But that looks remarkably like Boris Johnson in the picture.
And indeed it is. Boris himself popped into the office on a surprise visit the very next day.
