Countrywide has opened its 100th new lettings office since announcing its £5m expansion drive 14 months ago.
Taking the total number of lettings offices to over 330, the new office is based in the Exeter Fulfords branch.
In 2010, Countrywide, which has 1,300 branches nationwide, said it wanted to expand its lettings offering dramatically.
Since then, Countrywide has recruited over 235 new lettings personnel and is continuing to recruit staff, with a further 15 lettings operations scheduled to open by the end of the year.

Let's also not forget that Countrywide are essentially just a mortgage provider, their clients will be in for no end of junk mail and unwanted phone calls!
With all these stories of expansion ....take over...and the like from the "big" players has anyone actually asked the Landlords if they are happy with faceless corporate entities taking over the management of their properties? My Landlords like the personal involvement, hands on approach which builds up long term relationships and as a result.... lots of referals
