Finally, an inventory provider who thinks outside of the box!

“Last year we realised that there was a gap in the market for a nationwide inventory provider that could really deliver a service which lettings business want and require.  Basically, we identified what we believed to be weaknesses within the industry and have used the same to build a new technology platform and develop service standards which really delivers what lettings businesses require.

From our research, we identified that some inventory providers offer fixed report formats only, whereas our new system allows us to offer many reports in a variety of formats which can also be branded with our clients logos.  Furthermore, we realise that for some businesses placing orders by email or on to an on-line ordering system can be time consuming, that's why we created a system which can integrate with agents own property software – saving clients a considerable amount of time and money.
