Frontier Economics has been commissioned by the National Housing Federation and g15, who represent London’s 15 largest housing associations, to probe the impact of capital investment in affordable housing.
The idea behind the research is to critically review new and existing evidence to quantify the full social and economic impact of capital investment in affordable housing.
The NHF said that new feasible funding models were needed to respond to the changing economic and funding landscape, and alleviate the housing shortage.
