The Inventory Clerk of the Year is Jae Gadar of London-based Ashworth Group.
This is the fourth year of the award by the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks which asks letting agents and landlords to nominate their inventory clerk from its 500 members.
Jae Gadar, pictured, said: “I am so thrilled to receive this award.
“The Ashworth Group tries hard to provide all of our clients with service that is second to none and it seems that we are succeeding, given the large number of votes received.
“I would just like to say a big thank you to all our clients who voted for us.”
Pat Barber, chair of the AIIC, commented: “It was a very close competition right through to the last few hours. We were delighted with the high volume of votes this year and Jae is a very worthy winner.”
The winner was announced at the AIIC AGM when Jae Gadar received the trophy, a year’s free AIIC membership and prize money.
