Inventory firm becomes latest to sign up to SAFE scheme
Tuesday 31st July 2012
High-tech inventory firm Imfuna has become the latest industry supplier to announce its support for SAFEagent.
Imfuna, which turns mobile devices into a tool for property condition recording, follows HomeLet and CPF Winman as supporters of the scheme.
Imfuna spokesperson Chris Raniere said: “As a market leader promoting a high-quality product within the lettings sector, we recognise the importance of SAFEagent as a mark which represents integrity and protection for landlords’ and tenants’ money.
“We are pleased to align ourselves to SAFEagent and we look forward to working with SAFEagent registered firms in the future.”
SAFEagent was launched last year and to date almost 2,000 letting agents have signed up to the campaign.
John Midgley, chair of the SAFEagent steering group, said: “We are delighted that Imfuna has pledged its support for SAFEagent.
“It is the responsibility of the industry as a whole to work together to maintain and raise standards: this includes suppliers and service providers to letting agents as well as the letting agents themselves.”
Imfuna Let is the complete digital property inspection system automating the reporting process, reducing inspection times by 75%.
