Letting specialist Leaders has announced that its network has now reached 60 branches with the acquisition of Hometrax in Cranleigh, Surrey.
 
Hometrax has been owned and run by Steve and Lesley Hawker for 20 years.
 
Leaders, which started out as one branch in Brighton in 1983, now has branches across Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Kent, south London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and East Anglia.
 
Leaders said it still plans to acquire further letting businesses across a wider geographical area.

    Their ratings certainly mean more in the customers eyes than agents awards.

    In our, we have 3 agents taking it very seriously.

    Yes, but what do AllAgents ratings really mean? Anything? Nothing? Do they have credibility?

    I hope they improve the way in which they treat tenants as they are the 9th worst letting agent in the UK according to AllAgents.
