Congratulations to Zoe Tarr, who won the directors’ awards at the Andrews’ staff awards bash.
She is lettings manager at the Clifton branch in Bristol. The award is given to an individual who has accomplished sustained performance over a three-year period. She also picked up the individual award for top lettings and management profit maker, while her team won lettings and management branch of the year.
She was one of several woman who triumphed in the Andrews awards. Of the 14 property categories, nine were awarded to women.
Other notable achievers included Debbie Franklin, whose focused leadership and supportive management style were recognised in the area manager of the year category. Her territory covers the South-West region and, separately, she has been shortlisted for Gloucestershire’s Women in Business Awards.
