Martin & Co launches new drive to attract franchisees

Thursday 16th February 2012

Martin & Co has launched a new franchise recruitment website as it seeks to build on its 180-strong network.

Scott Burgess, franchise director, said: “The new website has been completely redesigned and developed in-house to give potential new franchise owners a more user-friendly experience in addition to a modern look and feel to the site.

“The strength of the brand has been extended throughout the website, emphasising the variety of franchise business model solutions that Martin & Co has to offer, including London Lettings and the Student Homes brand.”

The site gives users the ability to search for new franchise opportunities and resale businesses, together with information about the franchise packages available plus real-life success testimonials.

Last year, Martin & Co launched a new online operating model for its franchisees and last month announced a buy-back programme, saying it intended to be its own biggest franchisee in a gesture of confidence in its offering.

Need to get their house in order first. Had one of these Martinco twits move a tenant in and the gas meter had been disconnected about 3 weeks earlier and he didnt do a reading so never spotted it. What a shower.
