A new lettings website has been launched for Londoners that enables users to search by rent and proximity to such features as tube stations and parks, and also to search collaboratively with friends.
The site calculates the shortest commute to work, and can be narrowed down further by crime rates.
It only shows properties that match, and can work on both computers and mobile devices.
FindProperly.co.uk is the brainchild of former management consultant Peter Thum-Bonanno.
The site uses Zoopla’s API – essentially, its ‘library’ – meaning any properties on Zoopla are also listed on FindProperly.
