Lettingweb sitestatistics, published on a weekly basis, can be used to determine trends in the residential letting market from year to year or season to season.
So far up to 4th June 2012:
- tenant enquiries have risen by 6.55% on last year;
- our site has had an increase of 65.47% visitors on last year;
- we’ve had an increase of 87.43% in unique visitors per property on last year;
- and we’ve had an increase in 20.69% in enquiries per property.
As with previous figures, there is likely to be some seasonal influence due to the approaching start of the new academic year.
