Felicity J Lord Bow was named the most profitable lettings branch of 2011 at the Spicerhaart Annual Conference.
The long-established branch beat off competition from rivals around the UK to scoop the top prize at a ceremony hosted by comedian Jimmy Carr in London, attended by 600 employees.
The branch, which is managed by Claire Taylor-McCooke, is no stranger to awards. The five-strong lettings team was last year named not only the Best Lettings Agent in London but also the Best International Lettings Agent at the International Property Awards.
