allAgents.co.uk, the UK No.1 directory and review portal for Estate and Letting Agents has announced the launch of an annual awards scheme for agents based solely on customer ratings and every active agent in the directory is automatically entered. The results and the ratings will be made available online. There are NO entry Fees for agents.
These awards will be based on customer ratings from the period of 1st September 2011 to 31st August 2012. Only reviews and ratings given in the 12 months from 1st September will be considered for the award standings so that every agent is starting from the same status . Agents’ current and historical reviews and ratings will remain visible as they are at present and will continue to be affected by additional reviews as normal, but all ratings accumulated up to 31st August 2011 will not be considered for the awards.
allAgents believes that this is the fair and proper route for its inaugural awards as some agents have ratings going back to 2006 and there are a few agents who haven’t received a review as yet. This is a great opportunity for agents that have not had favourable ratings in the past to show their customers that they have improved and are worth considering. Those Agents who have been enjoying the benefits of being amongst allAgents’ top rated and transparent companies need also to continue their good work and get customers to rate and review them in the year to come because they cannot rely on any part of their past ratings to bolster their position.
The awards will be for Estate and lettings Agents in geographical regions and for different sized businesses. The portal is urging agents to ensure their details of their offices and branches are up to date before 1st September when the awards scheme begins scoring.
