Q: How does the Virgin Connect Partnership work

Our Partners send us referrals for customers who are interested in VM services and we, in turn, pay them commission for every customer who takes VM services. We do the selling - all our Partners do, is ask customers if they'd like a call from VM.

Q: How do agents earn extra revenue

They simply let each customer know that they can get them an exclusive deal with VM and that they'll get VM to call them. The customer isn't obliged to take VM services, but it's very worth their while taking a call to hear what we can offer. Partners who consistently do this are able to attach significant additional revenue to almost every customer, without any extra work.

Q: How much do you pay in referral fees

We offer a range of commission levels based on volume but Partners can earn up to £100 per referral, based of course on customers taking VM services.

Q: How easy is the process

Very easy indeed. Remember; there's no selling involved. Simply complete our web-based referral form with the customer contact details, tick the box to say that they are happy to take a call from us, and then press submit.

Q: Who do you currently work with

We currently work with a host of Retailers and House Builders, from National through to small Independents and also with over 800 Partners in the estate agent/letting agent industry, including some very prominent players. Our twin goals in 2014 are to expand our reach and to focus on home-buyers, to whom we can offer even richer exclusive deals!

Q: How do you overcome your competitors

We have won many awards for our innovative products and for our customer service. Everything we do is based on the customer and this ethos is naturally carried through to our Connect Partnership Programme and exceptional support we provide Partners and their customers. This ensures that we retain (and plan to grow!) our market-share majority within our network area.

Q: Under what circumstances wouldn't an agent take up the Virgin Connect Partnership

Our only restriction is serviceability - if your properties aren't located with our fibre-optic network area, then I'm afraid we can't offer you a Partnership. Apart from that, there is no reason at all. Customers love our products, so if they can get them, they usually do.
