Entrants are now being invited for the annual Lettings Agency of the Year Awards, sponsored by The Sunday Times and The Times and regarded as one of the big events of the year.
Judging is again being led by The Property Ombudsman so entrants should be on their very best behaviour.
Agencies may enter as many categories as they like by April 24 but entries received before February 28 will also gain free entry into the 'Best Lettings Agency to Work For' category.
There is the usual spectrum of categories honouring good customer service, strong communications and branding, along with two brand new categories this year: Best Lettings Agency to Work For' which is ideal for attracting new talent and retaining loyal staff, and Best National Lettings Agency' enabling agents to demonstrate how they stand out from competition as a national organisation.
The results will take place at a gala event on June 12.
