Countrywide's acquisition programme continues apace with four more independent letting agencies added to the empire since the start of 2015.
They are Property Links in Plymouth, Anderson Residential a full service lettings agency in Sutton Coldfield, the large portfolio of HE Lettings in Lincolnshire and All in One Move agency in Swindon.
These acquisitions significantly increase our regional footprint and fill in the geographical gaps in our portfolio. Current market conditions offer ongoing opportunities to acquire lettings businesses and scope to enter new markets as well as expand our presence in existing markets according to Nick Dunning, Countrywide's commercial director.
John Hards, Countrywide Residential Lettings' managing director, says the group "has a unique ability to grow businesses by ensuring they operate autonomously, retain their local heritage and benefit from Countrywide's ongoing investment and support. Many staff members who have joined via acquisitions have taken on great career paths and are enjoying their time at Countrywide."
He says Countrywide is on the look-out for further acquisitions throughout the rest of 2015.
