ARLA is creating a series of video guides to be used by member agents as guides for their customers and clients.
The first is The Do's & Dont's of Buy To Let, a three minute animated production offering basic advice on what and where to buy a property suitable for renting, how to decorate and the best way to manage it.
There is also expert comment on what elements of a property are the most influential in terms of appealing to tenants and then being intensively used.
The new video page on ARLA's website also includes an example of the association's first TV advertisment, broadcast in January and February.
Both these videos, and future video guides, can be downloaded by agents for use on their own websites. ARLA also has a range of infographics - now very popular online - for members to use.
