Keyhive.io is the elegant solution to a commonplace problem, experienced by every property professional: “has anyone seen the keys?” And it’s easy as tap, sign, go.

What services do you offer and in what ways do you work with estate and letting agents?

We help agents save time, save money and reduce stress.

What makes your product different and how does it benefit agents?

Focusing on time saving, automation and accountability we make your keys better. Keyhive.io provides a simple solution so staff use, but the portal behind this is detailed allowing accountability and stress free key management.

What is the most satisfying part of your job?

Getting a demo with an agent & showing them how much we can make their keys better. The response of “my keys” are fine is super frustrating when they generally aren’t and there is a product out there which can improve their day to day.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing estate and letting agents at the moment?

Working out what will save them money and make their business out there. Proptech is a busy minefield at the moment and trying to find the right product can be hard.

What is your property prediction for the next 12 months?

Generally up, until they build more homes than the population increase how can it not?

Free moving in my 20s but in my 30s now settled
