Taking place in front of 400 delegates, the debate will focus on issues facing landlords and the rental sector including Brexit, licensing, immigration, tax and the General Election.

The panel is free to attend for visitors that register their interest online and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Other features at the show include 40+ speaker sessions, free industry advice and exhibitions from over 100 suppliers.

"With so much change and uncertainty in the market, landlords are relying more heavily on professional advice to help guide them with their investments," says Tracey Hanbury, event director at LI Media, the show's organiser.

"We’re confident it is going to be a very stimulating day, with new features, suppliers and seminars for property professionals.”
