The Leaders Romans Group has announced the details of two new acquisitions to further strengthen its huge network.

Sales and lettings business Suttons City Living, based in Manchester, will become part of Leaders’ 125-branch network, while Bath lettings firm Dovetail will be the latest addition to the Romans brand.

All existing employees from both firms will be remaining as part of the LRG teams.

Both companies will now be merged with the existing Leaders and Romans branches in their respective cities with all staff transferring to the new offices.

“We are thrilled to have completed these two acquisitions, adding almost 650 managed properties to our portfolio in two key cities,” Matthew Light, group acquisitions director at Leaders Romans Group.

“The owners both expressed an interest in pursuing ventures outside the property industry, allowing us to secure two extremely well respected and experienced businesses.”

Light says that his organisation remains committed to expanding further this year after completing 12 acquisitions in the last 12 months.
