“Since joining Finders Keepers over 10 years ago, the business has gone from strength to strength. It has grown in profits and popularity, and has been recognised as industry leading, winning the Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year Awards twice” explains Channer.

“This continued success can be attributed to the quality of our people and the culture we have created. In 2016, Countrywide acquired Finders Keepers and I’m delighted to say that two years on, the business continues to flourish under new ownership” he adds.

Paul Rushworth says: “Having worked here for over 25 years it is no secret that I live and breathe the company and its culture. Finders Keepers is an excellent business and its success is built on both its people and our excellent reputation.

“Earlier this year, this winning combination was recognised and Finders Keepers was awarded the FEEFO Gold Trusted Service Award; an award which acknowledges businesses that deliver a trusted service to their customers. Dan has done an excellent job over the years, he has built and maintained a positive internal culture that delivers award winning customer service. This is a solid foundation I will look to build upon in the future.”
