Industry supplier The Lettings Hub has launched what it calls a free to use pre-tenancy management platform for agents.
Called BOX it packages up the pre-tenancy process in one platform, which the creators say will speed up the lettings process significantly.
“This is the first time that agents will have access to all of the pre-tenancy management services, in one place” says a statement from the firm.
Chief executive Heidi Shackell comments:“Agents are overloaded with paperwork and admin, while tenants are often left in the dark not knowing what needs to be done next and by whom. With BOX, all information is stored digitally, in one place.
“The platform guides both agents and tenants through the lettings journey and lets them know what they need to do next. Tenants can see real-time status updates 24 hours a day, which means agents don’t have to spend time fielding update calls and emails.
“Agents also know their tenants get added customer service as BOX helps them identify and select additional products and services to make their move even easier. It’s a win-win for everyone.”
