Webinar – how can letting agents be compliant with Trading Standards rules?

A recent industry roundtable event hosted by PayProp, which brought together some of the lettings industry’s biggest hitters, will be live streamed next week (Tuesday November 9, 12.30pm).

On the agenda are key questions around transparency and consumer confidence in the industry, including how agents can be compliant with the rules set out by Trading Standards and government legislation. 

The sought-after panel includes James Munro and Emma Cooke from the National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agent Team, offering their expert opinion on compliance, as well as Nathan Emerson, chief executive of Propertymark, Kristjan Byfield, a well-known letting agent and PropTech advocate, Channel 5 star Paul Shamplina, Agent Rainmaker’s Sally Lawson and Kate Gregory, and last but not least, PayProp’s very own Neil Cobbold. It was moderated by Letting Agent Today editor, Graham Norwood. 

The webinar will include a condensed 30-minute version of the roundtable, followed by a live Q&A with the participants afterwards, with topics ranging from the role of PropTech to how agents can improve their reputations and win more business.
