The company which acquired London-focussed agency Chestertons in October has now snapped up another lettings and sales operation.
This latest purchase is Whitton & Laing Lettings and Sales, an Exeter-based south west company, which is now owned by FirstPort - this sits within the Campions Group. This group includes regional brands Beresford:Ward, Chase Buchanan, Fidelis, Lets Move and Retirement Homesearch.
Whitton & Laing is some 135 years old and one of the longest-established firms of property agents and chartered surveyors in Devon, and operates auctions and block management as well as sales and lettings.
