Shamplina leads lettings forum at Propertymark extravaganza

Paul Shamplina, the chief commercial officer at Landlord Action and arguably the biggest name in the lettings sector today, is to lead a lettings insight discussion at Propertymark One this June.

Others on the panel include David Votta of Propertymark, Sally Lawson of Agent Rainmaker; Fran Giltinan from Foxtons; Kate Faulkner from Property Checklists and the Home Buying and Selling Group, Russell Quirk of ProperPR, and David Cox the former ARLA managing director who is now legal and compliance director at Rightmove.

Propertymark One is to be the trade body’s biggest ever conference and the lettings insight discussion will explore the challenges for the rental sector as well as the latest developments on EPCs and energy efficiency targets. 

A statement from the trade body says: “One Propertymark member will also be given the opportunity to join the expert panel to have their say and answer questions.”

Propertymark commercial manager Jason Lee explains how this will work. “We are thrilled to be offering the chance for one member to share their thoughts, featuring on our Lettings Insight Panel at Propertymark One on June 27.
