The Deposit Protection Service is hosting a webinar to help letting agents better navigate the dispute resolution process.
The service says the hour-long online session is part of its continuing commitment to providing valuable information and insight on its free-to-use and independent resolution service.
It takes place this Thursday, April 27, and is an interactive session with legally-trained adjudicators reviewing evidence of a real-life dispute to reach a conclusion.
DPS managing director Matt Trevett says: “Many landlords and agents who enter into a dispute often have questions about the evidence they submit. What should they include? How much is enough?
“By providing information on the adjudication process, our webinars can help landlords and agents best prepare for a dispute – or even avoid one altogether.”
