Agency enters partnership with deposit alternative service

Reposit is the latest deposit alternative service to announce strategic partnerships with agencies - the latest signings are Symonds & Sampson, Bradley Hall, and Webbers.

The new partnerships also coincide with a 69 per cent increase in sales experienced by Reposit during December compared to the same period in 2022, the provider claims.

Rachael James, head of lettings at Symonds & Sampson, says: "We are excited to partner with Reposit to enhance the rental experience for both landlords and tenants. Reposit's deposit alternative fits with our goal to provide efficient, customer-focused solutions."

Since partnering with Reposit, Symonds & Sampson has protected their landlords with over £96,000 in cover, including £36,000 of additional cover above what they would receive with a cash deposit.

Ben Grech, chief executive of Reposit, adds: “These partnerships reflect a shared vision for efficiency and customer-centric solutions while offering a practical solution for agencies navigating the ever-changing rental landscape.”

Reposit claims its end-of-tenancy process saves agents approximately three hours in admin time per tenancy compared to the traditional deposit process.
