A free webinar for agents is being held next week, again devoted to the Renters Reform Bill as well as the General Election to be held later this year.
During the session, which starts at 10am on Monday January 15, the director of tenancy services at PropTech supplier Goodlord - Nik Smith - will be joined by E.surv research guru Rob Owens, and the associate solicitor at Dutton Gregory, Ryan Heaven.
The panel will also unpack how agents can harness the benefits of an uncertain market to win landlord clients, and unlock as much growth as possible over the coming year.
