Propertymark is hosting an Understanding Material Information for Lettings Agents on Thursday January 18 from 1230 to 1400.
The National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team recently produced guidance for the new parts A, B and C of material information which must now be included in property listings.
Part A includes aspects like council tax band or property price. Parts B and C cover the type of property and building materials used, and information about a home being impacted by risks such as floods respectively.
