Rightmove to supercharge Material Information search service

A previously low-profile property and land research platform, has entered a partnership with Rightmove.

Addland, which claims to have “a community” of nearly 20,000 members, says the deal with the portal will allow users a “complete 360 degree analysis for every property or parcel of land in the country.”

Features on the service already include school catchment zones, road noise pollution zones, current and future coastal erosion risks, the London Underground network and detailed sustainable energy production.”

It says that with the Rightmove deal it will be mapping up to 100 critical data points to over 26 million titles across the country, including a coverage of Material Information parts A to C.

A spokesperson says: “The combination of technical title data with real time market and local area insights, all joined to a single property address, means fast, accurate research has never been easier to reach.

“Our commitment to accessible data be it through design, affordable pricing, or easier understanding is helping breakdown those barriers to data comprehension even faster.”
