Councils must be called to justify their licensing fees. Bristol City Council are consulting on a non discounted additional licensing fee of £1650 and fully discounted fee for compliant landlords of £850 !! In comparison Blackpool are lucky. But why the variation?

Not sure who is responsible for the average additional licensing fee stated but I suggest it is doubled! Bristol have recently announced City wide additional licensing at £1660 or £850 with discounts!
