It is becoming quite clear that these infamous audits are not quite as bullet proof as one might had hoped. I think the point is, regardless of whether there is a regular audit, if there is an intention to be fraudulent, it is not difficult to hide from an audit and the recent surge of letting agents clearing off with client accounts demonstrates how easy it is. http://www.lonsdaleib.com/our-business/chartered-surveyors-property-professionals/

I would like to know what happened to the audit? I hate to think how many agents are providing false information to NALS etc! regardless of the extent of the audit and the amount the member is being audited, it still feels like the consumer remains exposed.
