Ridiculous! These are crucial for tenants that don't know the area well to identify the property and saves them stress as well as the agents having to give every single direction (and most probably the tenants getting lost) Our boards also generate 25% of new landlord sign-ups after they are erected beside or nearby a property they were intending on letting out. This is why we instruct Signmaster to erect them on the day of instruction so it gives the landlord the opportunity to see how long it takes for the sign to change from "To Let" to "Let By" and ultimately generating a sign-up.
