The 30th Annual ARLA Conference took place on the 1st March 2011, at the Novotel London West in Hammersmith. The Live Letting Exchange, a nationwide inventory provider, were once again delighted to be exhibiting at the event to show their support to ARLA.
Dave Hunt, Managing Director, commented, ‘We always enjoy exhibiting at the ARLA conference and this, our third year, was no exception! For my team, it is a fantastic opportunity to catch-up with our existing clients outside of their normal working environments, and likewise we really enjoyed speaking to potential new clients about the benefits that our products and services can add to their individual businesses’.
The event attended by over 400 delegates, was actioned packed from start to finish with topical seminars and networking opportunities throughout the day.
Tom Lees, Operations, commented ‘This was my first year attending the Conference and I was really impressed with the number of attendees and the keenness that they expressed in our services. It was interesting to hear Steve Harriott’s [CE of the TDS] thoughts regarding the notion of producing ‘letting agent league tables’ given the recent press regarding a consumer feedback site, from our perspective we feel that if this is to be undertaken then there should be a clear category in relation to inventory provision, with higher marks being given to those agents who seek to ensure that their Landlords and Tenants are furnished with good quality, independent, Inventory reports ’.
