One industry force creates more opportunities than ever before

Following a period of substantial growth, Property Service Holdings (PSH) - which operates Leaders and Romans - has a huge variety of new roles and career opportunities available across the country. 
 
The combined branch network of Leaders and Romans has doubled in size in the last three years to more than 150 branches.

Now PSH has announced exciting plans to double again in the next five years, and is looking for people with the energy and ambition to drive the next phase in this ambitious expansion plan.

Michael Cook, lettings managing director at Romans, began his estate agency career as a sales negotiator and has been instrumental in many of the agency’s accomplishments, from steering one of its most profitable branches through the last recession to managing the growth of Romans Direct, Romans’ internal customer service team.
