Belvoir has made its sixth acquisaition of 2014 with its Leeds North West branch acquiring Lettings @ Victoria Mills, a west Yorkshire firm that has 154 managed properties.
This year Belvoir has extended over £2m in loans to support six acquisitions by the network, bringing the total around the UK to 160.
The new acquisition is unusual - Victoria Mill is a development of just over 400 apartments on a five-acre site on the edge of a World Heritage Site. We will be retaining the on-site office at Victoria Mills for the convenience of landlords and tenants, but the administration side of the business will move to my original office says Belvoir's Leeds North West branch owner Glenn Broadwell.
Belvoir, which has been listed on the AIM market for over two and a half years, says it hopes to have 200 franchises in the next three years.
